Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. A friend brought me their computer today. It is a refurbished IBM Netvista. They also brought me the only CD they got when they purchased the computer from buy. I did a repair install on the computer and when asked for a product key, I used the one from the only CoA label I can find on the computer. It returns an invalid product key message. I am assuming this is the original CoA label and not the refurbished CoA label.
